It’s been over ONE full year since releasing my first EVER children’s book, “Coco’s Adventures, Coco in Paris.” Although I didn’t receive any special recognitions or win a coveted best seller award…I won over my baby’s heart! For now that is good enough for me. Coco’s Adventures: Coco in Rome will soon be released! Cosette “aka” Coco is truly my one and only reason for writing and I hope to continue to make her happy and be inspired by our travels all over this beautiful world. 2020 is proving to be a very difficult year for travel, thanks a lot pandemic (sarcasm), but I hope things will get better by the end of the year.
Since being cooped up at home and reminiscing about our past travels I am now in the final stages of completing my second book: Coco’s Adventures, Coco in Rome. After several revisions, back and forth illustration approvals, perfecting the cover and several printed drafts, I think I am about ready to hit the launch button. Phew, now I honestly know what agents and traditional publishing companies have to go through!!
I was hoping to have a bigger launch party this time around but due to the pandemic that is very unlikely. As much as it hurts me, because of all the time and effort I put into my book, it is the safest things to do for me and my family. Maybe sometime next year I can do a re-release!
Keep your eye out for my new book: Coco’s Adventures, Coco in Rome. I will be posting several updates on my Facebook and Instagram accounts! Who knows, I may even have a few contests to win a FREE book although I have no idea what I am doing!
